Simon started in the games industry way back in 1987 as a programmer. His first game was called "Battlemaster" and published by Mirrorsoft/Imageworks on the Atari ST, Commodore Amiga and PC. Between then and now, some of the well-known games Simon has worked on include: Mickey Mania, Rise of the Robots and Brian Lara Cricket. Since joining Codemasters in 1996 he has worked on Pete Sampras Tennis and a football management game called LMA Manager. The game was a big PlayStation hit reaching No.1 in the UK charts and selling more than 200,000 units. It is acknowledged as the leading game in its genre. Simon is currently working on the follow-up, LMA Manager 2001, which will be sold in all the major European territories this Autumn.
